Special Announcement #1: edu1world site will be offline this Saturday

Edu1world will be off-line beginning at approximately 1:00 am on March 13th (this Saturday) for up to 24 hours.

We are installing our software on faster servers at Rackspace.  The installation only takes 3 hours but depending on your internet connection, it may take up to 24 hours for you to get back online with us.

This is the first of a series of announcements that we will be making over the next few weeks.  Stay tuned for updates, improvements and new features that will help you get the most from edu1world.

Cumbria faces £1m cut after ignoring rules on recruitment

Last year the government told all the universities in England not to recruit more students in 2009-10 than they accepted in 2008-09. It warned institutions that they would be fined £3,700 for each student they took on above that threshold.
