SunGard Higher Education Free Webinar Series on Strategies for Managing Enrollment

MALVERN, PA., February 20, 2009 – SunGard Higher Education is conducting a series of free webinars on the topic of “Managing Enrollment: Strategies for Today and Tomorrow.” All higher education professionals who are interested in enrollment management best practices are encouraged to attend.
  • March 5: Moving from a Tactically-Driven to a Strategically-Focused Scorecard. Tim Copeland, practice manager for enrollment management at SunGard Higher Education, will offer insights about how institutions can create a strategy-focused approach to enrollment management.
  • April 7: Using Social Networks and Other Technology to Improve Enrollment Goals. Today's prospective students expect more. They expect information when they need it. They engage in Facebook, MySpace, and other social networks. And they want institutions to reach out to them using the technology and tools they are most used to. Susan Nelson, senior consultant with SunGard Higher Education, will discuss how social networks and other technology can help institutions achieve their enrollment goals.
Also, two previous webinars were recorded and are available for listening. They are:
  • Lehigh University: Creating High-Touch Relationships with CRM. Dana Stow, director of Admissions Information Systems & Technology, and Sherri Yerk-Zwickl, enrollment management project manager, discuss how Lehigh University is creating high-touch relationships with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.
  • CRM for Higher Education. What Does it Mean? Tim Copeland, practice manager for enrollment management at SunGard Higher Education, explores what CRM really means to higher education.
