University Study Says Being a Jerk Pays

Successfactors CEO Lars Delgaard has a "no jerks" policy.  In fact, he says employees sign an "emotional contract" promising to uphold the no jerks policy.  What do you think?  Do employers need policies to encourage "nice" behavior?  Or, is it every man (or woman) for himself?  The study says it can mean a lot more money if you are not so nice.
