Two UK Institutions Select SunGard Higher Education’s Banner Relationship Management

MALVERN, Pa., October 19, 2011 – In order to enhance the student experience,  two institutions in the United Kingdom are implementing the SunGard Higher Education Banner Relationship Management solution to help them engage with their students more holistically and cost-effectively throughout the full student lifecycle.

The University of Southampton and the University of Liverpool are implementing SunGard Higher Education’s Banner Relationship Management, a constituent relationship management (CRM) solution. Providing a more comprehensive view of each individual will help the institutions gain a better understanding of each individual, helping to improve the relevance and efficiency of outreach efforts to better recruit, engage, and retain students.

The University of Southampton will deploy Banner Relationship Management in an effort to improve students’ University experience by providing personalized, timely communications designed to enhance their overall experience at the University. In addition, the University will implement Banner Recruiting & Admissions Performance and Banner Student Retention Performance to help track its progress toward enrolment and retention goals and student success initiatives.

The University of Liverpool will deploy SunGard Higher Education Banner Relationship Management as part of its investment program to help enhance their engagement with students throughout the student lifecycle, attract the best students and engage in quality research with its sponsors and partners.
