Congress, Administration Cuts to Career Technical Education Misguided, Harmful, According to ACTE and NASDCTEc

Today, the White House released its Fiscal Year 2012 budget, which proposes to cut the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act (Perkins) to $1 billion, a $264 million loss, which takes funding for the program back to 1991 levels.
