NCOA - returns an active address known to be inccorect - how does your organization handle this issue

A situation has arisen in our NCOA process where we match our current active address information in the banner system against the NCOA database. The result of the NCOA address match has returned information indicating the record in Banner is indicated to be an incorrect address however new address information is unavailable for the individual.
