This presentation charts the critical role that analytics are playing at the state level and how the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO) are in a position to shape the deployment of analytics to advance student access, affordability and success and to discover financial sustainability.  The presentation reviews exemplary state-level measurement efforts – Kentucky, Minnesota, and Ohio – and discusses how state-level analytics are addressing state-level needs/goals, providing “big picture” analytics, and stimulating state support and engagement.
